In this position, you will:

• Receive paid in house training

• Assist with the sales of new/used vehicles

• Determine customer's vehicle needs and help to guide them in the proper direction

• Set appointments for sales people

• Do extensive follow up work to guarantee we are handling the customer's needs in a timely fashion

• Work with email leads on new/used vehicles

• Handle large volumes of incoming and outgoing phone calls with potential vehicle purchasers

• Work with CRM - Customer Relationship Management Software Tool

Skills that will help you with this position:

• Excellent oral and written communications skills

• People oriented, friendly outgoing, confident

• Excellent organization skills are a must

• Ability to work in an active fast paced environment

• Good typing skills are required

• Ability to work towards individual goals to achieve success

• Can demonstrate success in previous sales/customer contact environments

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Explorer and the Internet are helpful

Working Environment:

• We are located on Beechmont Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio

• Work hours are Monday through Sunday.  Must be available to work a 40 hour rotating schedule that starts from 9:00am until 8:00pm Monday through Friday.  From 9:00am until 6:00pm Saturday and from 11:00am until 5:00pm on Sunday.

• All sales work is monitored and reports are generated based on productivity
